Beira Ho (2026 Carolina Head Coach) Ho has been with the club since joining Jackals Lacrosse and Field Hockey’s in 2013. A native of Silver Spring, Ho was a four-year starter for Springbrook High School (’17) in both lacrosse and field hockey. She picked up Washington Post All-Met first team field hockey honors junior and senior years as she led the Devil to back-to-back regional titles and two state semifinal appearances. She played 4-years of Div 1 field hockey at at Towson. In her rookie debut, Ho picked up CAA all-rookie team accolades as she saw the most time by any freshmen in the attack and midfield. A three-year captain and four-year starter, Ho spent time on all three lines for the Tigers and picked up CAA second team honors in 2019. She ended her career with 6 goals and 12 assists. She also was selected to compete in the Young Women’s National Championship in July of 2019 and her team finished second in the tournament. Ho is currently the JV lacrosse coach at Holy Child and the assistant varsity field hockey coach.
