2022 Carolina

Alex grew up on Long Island and graduated from Shoreham Wading River High School in 2009. She was a three year varsity starter for the lacrosse program, playing defense to help her team win 3 New York State championships. She then went on to attend Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Alex was a four year starter on defense for the Mules, earning All-Conference honors her senior year as well as finishing 3rd all time in career ground balls and caused turnovers. She graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2013 with a Bachelors of Arts in American Studies as well as a K-6 teaching license. Alex moved to DC and began her teaching career in 2013 with Fairfax County Public Schools where she has taught 3rd grade and 4th grade. Coach Alex is currently a Literacy Coach in an elementary school in Virginia. She is also the JV Girls Lacrosse coach at Churchill High School in Potomac, MD and is in her 4th year coaching for MC Elite.
